Subject title: Mandilor's Randomness

I just finished a large sketchbook I've had for three years. I don't regularly use it as most of my drawing I do either on the computer or in one of my smaller more portable sketchbooks. I figured I'd post most of it here as it's kind of interesting to see some of the progress I've made in three years. They're posted from oldest to newest. I know the leg studies I did are within a month from now and the first page of the sketchbook is the monster in the second post I made in this sketchbook. I know I did that around May 2015.

Some of these contain nudity.

Amazing work! I really like some of your more finished drawings... and those anatomy studies look awesome as well! Keep it up!

Nice landscapes. That ball of energy in the last one somehow reminds me of the morph tokens from mtg and the first one really looks like it was painted with actual paint.

Thanks! Yeah my unfinished drawings aren't much. I should work more on finished drawings, that would probably help my paintings.

Thanks! I'm quite happy that I'm being compared to MTG art!

Blown away by the figure studies on the previous page; they're gorgeous. And your environments are as beautiful as ever. It's pretty amazing to me how those are "speed paintings" - definitely a level of proficiency to strive for!

Your paintings are absolutely stunning! Like seriously- I don't know how you do it, but they're gorgeous. I can also tell you're getting better with faces and anatomy- also, can I just say that your mecha/clothing designs are super rad! I look forwards to seeing more! :D Keep going, man, and don't stop!

Thanks! I hope you liked it. Doing the videos is a new thing I'm trying to work on and improve.

Thanks! It's quite interesting, doing landscape paintings helped my figure studies a lot to the point where I'm impressed with myself on how good they are (in a I didn't think I was that good sort of way). I think the main thing that helps was realizing how much subtle color there is in skin and figuring out how to show that.

Oh stop it, you're making me blush :D  :D

Thanks! Don't worry I won't.

I went threw my old pieces and noticed at had some alright ones that I've never posted anywhere. So I figured I'd put 'em up here as a kind of retrospective. They're not in any order and they're at least 4 years old I think. It's hard to tell as I would go back and work on pieces that are a year old and my files are organized by year made.

Awesome that you're drawing so much! I really like how you used that marker in the pencil sketches.
