oh wow, those faces look great :) for hair: try to focus more on volume and general shape of hairstyle rather than trying to draw individual strands of hair =) At least it helped me =)
Hello. How are you? Have a nice Day. I'm socially awkward, sorry.

Thanks. Yeah I was trying to get a feel for the directional flow of the hair but I end up being a bit messing with the pen. Hopefully I'll improve and I'll be able to convey that with just a couple lines.

It´s hard to capture the hairstyle and don´t overdo it with lines, I´m curious about your progress =) you do really nice faces, they need suitable hair :P

More faces, I filled up my ink sketchbook, starting a new one. The first image is a repost of a previous one but differs in that I went over it with a brush pen.

Some more faces sketches. I started working on do busts to try and get good at connecting heads to the torso. I think I'm going to do that more from now on.

More faces and some busts. I could also add a metric ton of gesture sketches but I don't know if people would care to look at a wall of gesture sketches. Maybe I'll post a handful later.

Damn so many pages! Whats the timespan between all of them?? Everything looks pretty solid, especially like the linework on the pen stuff. The only thing I can see you having problems with is breasts but even that is just on some of them. Also regarding gestures, id say to just whatever you want to show. If you want to, go ahead its your sketchbook!

Thanks :D

They're posted in chronological order by sketchbook. I have a book for pencil and one for pen. For the last post the pen one is from the end/beginning of April/May up until a couple days ago so beginning of September (except the first two of pen, I grabbed the wrong sketchbook one day and was stuck drawing in the pencil one). The pencil one will be within the same time span. I occasionally mark a page with a date when I remember to; that's how I keep track.

Those last studies are so good! The landscapes are amazing, I see so many stories in them ^^
