Aww that really sucks, I know whats it like to slow down but you can build back up again.

Personally I think if you dedicated a consistent amount of practice every week, even if it was 20 hours a week you could become a professional eventually, it may take a long time but you would get there.

Yup! the whole point is to study the color, Im not supposed to add any details at all. They should only take around 15 mins (even though im taking much longer) for each.

A little over 100 studies(if I counted correctly)? Gah, that's so much in such a short period of time, it'd be really hard for me to remain mentally present throughout all of them.

Really nice master studies skyris, most artists I know who are really good did lots of copies and master studies.And you seem to be doing a lot of them.

Dude skyris, this is great! Oh the colors! xD I wish I could have seen your WIP on the hangout x/. it turned out really kewl! I dunno man, but i'm thinking that the left land plain where the character stands seems too dark to where i can barely see the figure. some real subtle pinks blended in would seem to go- but i know when i post my art on the forum my values and colors are set much darker then i had them in ps. it drives me nuts so maybe that is what's going on here, since the thought is on something being too dark. Anyway, what are your thoughts?

Yea thats what i had trouble with actually. On my cintiq it was kinda dark. but on my other 2 screens it was SUPER light. thats why i bumped the darkness up. either way its okay because the character isnt really a focus at all. hes only there for scale

That aurora looks soooo nice, how do you even get that smooth effect ;A;
