thanks ErnieTheMighty! It was suppose to be a scary monster XD I usually end up doing cartoony cute things even if I resolve to do scary creepy things. I still keep trying though. :))

Haven't been updating my sketchbook! I've been drawgging my feet lately which makes me depressed which makes me feel pitiful and more of a couch potato "OTL

For now, I wanted to work on my background skills. First attempt to paint like Goro Fujita ( my current fav artist). Epic fail of course but I might go back and redo it in the future

This one resulted from my epic fail bg. I needed to draw something I liked (AKA portraits of women).

It's sort of my own version of this character named Kalaya which we made for a school project. We had a tribal/native theme .

Still working on this one. I don't know how to color from grey scale so if you have any tips, tutorials, links please do tell >.<

Another background attempt that i made which turned out more to my liking.

It's a painting I did a few days back but it didn't look so good so I just gave up. Today, I tried fixing it and was able to make something more decent out of it: PROGRESS v(^.^)v

Did some fanart of GoT a few weeks ago. It's my latest obsession. Not good at creatures so the dragon didn't turn out so good.

My love for animation is renewed! Going back to basics. Rough sketches and figure drawings. Trying to keep it loose.

You had a big jump with your figure drawing, awesome improvement.
Most likely. Almost definitely.

Thanks Vaed! I'm still not as good at mixing characters with environments though I still keep trying :))

Thanks Probably Singed. I really lean more towards cartoony styles, distorting the proportions and all that, but sometimes I need to go back to basics or else my drawings just turn out weird

Why not do a study of those things? You can even study how other artists do it. Extra experience is always going to help in the long run.
