Hi there and welcome to the forum!

I love the first piece you've posted. I'm a huge fan of pencil portraits done on coloured paper with white highlights. I do a lot of them myself :)

I'm looking forward to seeing more from you!

another drawing on some tanned paper, I've really been into using white charcoal lately.

Most of my digital work is for an ask blog I run on Tumblr for the cartoon Bee and Puppycat, so im not quite used to working with a tablet at all really, its almost like drawing with your left hand (or right for you leftys out there). keep in mind this is a cartoon/anime-esque style so i did stylize much of the picture.

this is something fro, a few months ago, im pretty new at digital art in general.

something Alphonse Mucha inspired, it's pretty old from back when I first got my tablet and I was still working out some kinks.

I was experimanting with gradients with my copic markers. I feel like I got the gradient down but I feel like there's an awkwardness in the pictures anatomy, I think mostly with the shape I did the eyes and the size of the eyebrows and the smallness of the mouth. :|

i was definatly inspired by Bulma from DBZ in this drawing.

You have a nice style, although your digital needs some more work indeed. But I think you're improving judging from the previous paintings you posted.
About this particular one, it's impossible to view face in such an almost-front-view angle without some creases on the neck ;)

The neck looks better now :3 Although next time I recommend using some colored background at the beginning, because this time you started with white - it's visible in the finished work and doesn't look very nice. But overall I like the result and the lights you used.

Oh, "Porco Rosso"... it was a great movie.
The hand looks kind of awkward, but I cannot really criticize it as my hands are awkward too ^^

yes i feel the pain, i think my problem with fingers is that i make them pointy as opposed to rounding them out. i might as well do a study on them or something......

Wow, nice traditional sketches !
I like the last one the most.
For the porco rosso thing, her hand is too puffy. It's longer and thiner :)

I'm not quite sure how I feel about this, when i started this painting I had a completely different image in my mind. but for now it will have to do, I really only did this to release some stress and refresh my mind and my hands from not using a tablet the past few days, let me know what you think C: (y).
