Thanks guys :) I haven't been drawing anything "studiously" or seriously in a long time so I improve really really slowly. Like for instance this is the most effort I put into drawing something for the past week :/

It's just something I drew to cheer up my friend b/c he was really down today.

:) thanks chocto. Sometimes it makes me feel like shit though :/. Like if I spent as long as I did trying to make my art look cute or cartoony on making it look realistic and high quality maybe i would be a far better artist. But since I started down this path of illustration if I can't get my art to look as stylish or high quality like E. H. Shepard or Disney I'll always just have a shitty style that looks like a 12 year old drew a comic.

I honestly hate my style of art, nobody in real life (except like one person) is impressed by it and its delusional to think they would be. I'm a long long looooooonnngg way off from being near to the level of skill that would impress somebody, but still I feel like its just a useless trek. I don't think I could ever attain that level of skill. I might just be mediocre forever and it sucks to think that. I know I just should practice more, but it's just so difficult. From day to day my skill changes. Some days I could draw anything, others I really can't even get a circle to look right.

I'm sorry for ranting, it's just that I know you guys probably understand what it feels like to be stagnant in progress.
