Here are some studies on human anatomy when watching proko video. Lately, I've been thinking to get good Anatomy book to start serious drawing of those. I think I'll go for Figure Drawing: Design and Invention by Michael Hampton. Since looks newbie freindly like me to start Are you guys have any suggestion on other good anatomy book? Let me know

So usually snapping the picture and adjust again the brightness then post it, that's just too much work for me (oh please, you just lazy) Ok, ok I know. I try practicing working on some thumbnailing sketches based on various frames. Using only 4 values. I try this method if i can do quick sketch with just my memory. So no reference. Well, speaking of quick, this still takes quite a while and I'm not happy with that speed . Anyway, I 've been thinking to choose some of them which looks interesting to refine further. Let me know if you have any thoughts about it
