Lol, I never expected anyone to like the dumb arm-leg, tentacle-arm, long-neck nonsense warm up drawing! xD Thanks!

Thanks! ^^ Figures make for great reference.

Wyntry wrote:So many gestures. I need to step my game up. :) Lookin good, Kyo. :)

Thank you. :3 Yeah gestures are a great way to build up drawing as a habit, being just a bunch of quick 1 minute drawings that don't really matter individually.

Okie dokie! I think I'm good with the daily gestures now, and in the Hampton book I'm going onto the next chapter. :D (Still gonna do them, just not daily)
In the meantime, I did a few references of a thing I really like. I went back to it, and went "Oh cool... this style is so perfect for me right now! o(≧▽≦)o "

Also, I have a new character yay!

Hangouts are super fun. (* ^ ω ^)

Lots of ref stuff. Something about hips that get really curvy --but not enough that it's that hentai kind of chubby curvy-- just messes with my brain so much and confuses the hell out of me. (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞

Your drawings have a strong cute vibe, not sure if I've said that before though...
And don't be paranoid about that, draw whatever makes you happy and makes you wanna draw more, also I noticed you use little lines for sketches which is great to keep them unclutered in clean, do you aim to do that or is it just how you roll?

What's up with... oooh, nine-tails. Got it xD

Good thing you're studying hips! i think they're the sexiest part of the female figure. That and legs. Butts are good too. Also boobs.

And "what the fuck is a pelvis" is a wonderful question.

The stuff you're posting lately is pretty cute :)
I love this one, and don't worry about it, just draw what you like! At least I have no rights to judge you

Also good job with the hip practice!
I like to draw girls. If you like girls too, you should check my Sketchbook ^^

I know, right Koźlik. They are very cute!!! When I read what you wrote on that I was like "hehe, don't be silly. Just have fun. After all you are the one who should accept what you like nobody else" XD

Anyways, great sketches and practices. As Koźlik said, nice hip studies ^-^ Love how you treated the curves on them. Keep it up!!
No excuses, you are where you are because of you and nobody else. Just stop coming up with excuses, get up and start running or time will leave you behind.

I like where your Gesture art is going. I don't even have to look at every subject individually, and I can feel the flow. IMO That's where you wanna be, especially with full illustrations including backgrounds, you wanna guide the spectators attention.

Yeeeees I like to crank the cute to 11. (≧◡≦) ♡ And thanks, it's just good to remind myself every now and then. As for my lines, I go out of my way to keep them clean with a lot of touch up while drawing. I have a hard round brush that draws very lightly, and use a soft eraser to clean in up in a way that looks natural. Then I go over the lines again when they're about finished, using the "draw the same line over and over, hitting undo every time" method. :P

Thanks Tele! :D Yes, I find it quite fun to be fun, to put it simply lol.

Aren't those nine tails just so cute? x3 And thank you. ^^ I totally agree as well. In fact, I'm pretty sure that studies have shown that the waist to hip ratio is the most attractive part of females, so that's like, hard science. 8-) Ah and yes, what a question it is.... Too bad the answer is usually "Fuck you that's what."

Thanks Nymzo! Yeah leading the eye is very important, and definitely something I'll need to really focus on in the near future.

Okie dokie, I'm finally done with the drawings! I was slow at first because I went into a random slump of melancholy for couple days (it was oddly very structured...)
Spoiler: show

and then when that was done I just started to go a bit overboard with the drawings/spent a lot of time on each from being burnt out. But now they are done, and I'm really happy with them. :D Anyway.....

What an awesome Idea! Neso's weapon looks badass. It being wielded by a chibi version of Neso is even more badass. xD
Oh, by the way. Do you share any of your art on social media or some of the art platforms?

Nice update I really like the one with the blooded hands, great line work ...

And your chars are becoming very expressive conveying a lot of emotion and story in their pose and facial features very nice updates. I don't know if someh4ting happened between the updates but it looks like u jumped a step upwards in the art of drawing
