sorry for taking so long to get back to you with this! i really wanted to try and do a good job of trying to help out so it took me a little while (on top of doing other things) but here it is! so without further ado, lets get started!
so first off i guess i numbered what i wanted to talk about cause i didnt wanna worry about squeezing tons of tiny words into the canvas, so theres numbers 1 through 5 on there
starting with number 1, i noticed some problems with the head were that the proportions needed some work, so i tried to show that even in exaggerated styles influenced by anime or manga and stuff still should have a pretty good sense of propotions - that being the head can kinda be broken into 4 equal parts: the hair, the forehead, the eyebrows and eyes, then the nose, mouth and chin. that circle you see on the side of the head is like the side plane on your skull, the part thats flatter than the rest of your face and head. its kind of hard for me to explain (since im really bad with words) but its pretty easy to remember how to draw these proportions if you watch this video a couple of times!:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EPNYWeEf1Uits a video by stan prokopenko, and even though the anatomy in that video doesn't apply perfectly to your style, the proportions can be exactly the same! the most important thing to keep in mind is that the distance between the chin and the bottom of the nose should be just the same as the distance between the bottom of the nose and the eyebrows, and then the eyebrows to the hairline - where hair starts to grow.
for number 2, i was just trying to point out that it looked like you missed drawing part of this girl's torso. keep in mind that you cant make the waist toooo small, or she will look a little bit weird. i think it probably could work though, but with her tail covering that part up it does look a little bit awkward
on number 3 i was showing that the elbow was a little bit off as well. the elbow is made by the humerus meeting up with the radius and ulna bones in the arm, so its a bump that is made directly where two lines would cross, in this case that spot is where the bones are join together ^^ i also kind of exaggerated the pointiness a little bit because typically thinner girls will have a bonier elbow, since there is basically no padding under the skin there to make it softer or round, but this is not always the case!
number 4 is kind of about perspective more than anatomy. i think the anatomy on the legs was done really well! but if you keep in mind the overall perspective used in this picture, i think more of her leg should be showing as it is underneath her, but since all of her weight looks to be on her legs, they would get pushed out to the sides a little bit more, so more of it should be seen
lastly number 5 is more about anatomy again - to me, it seemed like there was just a little bit of mass missing there. keep in mind the width of the hips and you shouldn't have a problem! remember that for girls, their hips are more often than not slightly wide than their shoulders.
i think thats it, so i hope i was able to help! i'm sorry if i underestimate your skills or your knowledge, but hopefully theres at least something i was able to help teach you! forgive my bad drawings too, since i am far from the best artist out there i'm sure there are lots and lots and lots of mistakes in my drawing too! but overall i thought your drawing was really cute, and really well done too! i thought you were especially good at drawing her ears and tail (something i clearly failed at!) and drawing the pleated skirt as well. It really looks like it has weight! good job <3

thank you for letting me do this!
