Thank you two! I'm glad you like that Spider man! Maybe I'll do more in the future.

@ NesoKaiyoH

Thanks! I can say the same for your sketchbook!

Nice portraits! Your values and colours are looking quite solid, your colours work well together. I really love your incorporating strong purples into the skin!

@ Xiphor

Got a portrait right here fam!!! Been pumping out so many recently I'm considering numbering them for that 365 day art thing.

@ everfae

Thank you very much! Blue is my favorite color so I mix that with the red creating the purple that I usually use. :P

Man I love your ability to put the characters in a realistic style and yet there still instantly recognisable. How long does one of these take you?

@ Peteman22

Thank you very much! :D These vary in time. Stuff like the Spider men took about a hour each while Ed took about three. Then there's stuff like Kaneki that took over 6 hours because I would scratch everything but the pallet and concept and redraw it multiple times. I've been thinking of making a workflow or process thing but I haven't got a good project for that yet.

Thank you both! Kaneki is awesome and I hope I'm doing him justice :D

Got a double whammy for you guys!

Rem from Re Zero. The final version will have clothes but I thought it'd be fun to paint them naked since its nice practice/break

And...

Some minor updates for Kaneki.

Edit: Spoilered some potentially not safe for work content. I intended it for artistic purposes but just to be aware of some people who'd rather not see that (even if there's nothing really explicit about it.)

Hair split on the wrong side of Rem's face. 1/10. Plus no nipples.

They're somewhere! Truthfully, I draw everything from skin up and here I decided t would be fun to show the unfinished side of things that will never be finished or shown since its unimportant most times. If that makes sense?

Word of advice, never ever take more than two computer related courses. You will need to make up impossible amounts of lab hours!

Image

Anyway, here's Lapis. I unintentionally/accidentally saved a entire video process of this. Not sure what to do with it. Maybe I'll edit it and post it somewhere once I'm done. It might be useless though considering I used a different coloring process than usual and that's the only thing I'm solid enough at that people ask me for advice on DX
