Subject title: Mugi's Sketchbook (Jachuu) (NSFW)

hello! my name is jachuu, i am 17 years old and i'm currently taking art classes at a local community college. i aspire to have art be my career, but i am still a long ways away from being at a professional level.

i have been drawing since i was little, but its just recently that i have started to buckle down and study art. i am still working on a lot of things - even the basics!

these are some sketches from my sketchbook that i have been carrying around. i plan to do some studies next, or i might sketch out some scenery while i'm out walking tomorrow. either way, there will be more artwork on the way.

i appreciate any and all feedback! thank you
these are some sketches from a few days ago of some characters i created

and then this is what i have been working on more recently - i have been redrawing characters from games/anime/cartoons that i have really liked since i was a kid. there are a few drawings of characters from sailor moon as well as a link and zelda from windwaker.

none of these characters belong to me!

and the studies that i have been working on as well! i drew this directly from references, so my goal was to try and understand shading, perspective and posing a little better i think.
there is a teeny tiny bit of nudity... be warned?

i feel like your working on your style when you draw, that is a good thing but its just another thing that you'll have to juggle along with the other subjects and areas, but im not saying you should stop but just focus on the basics if you can, and that sketch is really nice and i also like the style with the mix of western and eastern

didn't post yesterday, (whoops) but i didn't draw much anyway. but here are some gesture drawings that i did, it took me about an hour and a half to do 30, and i set myself a time limit of 2 minutes about each one at first, but by the end i was doing 30 seconds.

these are my first gesture drawings, so i would really appreciate any critique or advice!

i did this today, working off one of the gesture drawings i did yesterday... i think there are still some anatomy problems, but i can't really see what they are. hopefully in the future i will be able to see my mistakes!

i'm going to start painting this to try and work on my color choices and values... here's hoping it goes well!

The only problem I can is are shoulders, they seem to be a bit too small in comparision to hips. I like how you did her face! You catch her character well, so just by looking at her face we can tell some of her feautures :D

I think the face and legs are the biggest problem, the shoulder to the hips are fine in my opinion, I'll do a draw over as soon as I can :3

here ya go, I hope you don't mind me doing this, it says "arch's" at the bottom.
