I can see your progress since you first posted here. However I'd probably say you should focus more on forms and shapes rather than going straight into detail, and your linework could need some refinement too, but otherwise your drawings are looking great! I love the figure drawings >w<

It's nice to hear from others that I'm making progress. I myself can't see it, so thanks.
And also thanks for the input. I rarely go in and refine things(I really should work on that. You're not the first one to say it). The things i scan are very very very much sketches and they are rather loosely drawn. Meaning they barely show up in the scans and then when I adjust the levels in krita alot of the "junk" lines show (I call it junk cause I don't know what else to call it).

wow that's looking awesome but i think you needed more lighter values on edges of objects signifying the light from the moon, but its great :3

Those are great sketchpaintings. The only comment I have right now is that there seems to be a lot of distance between the samurai's upper and lower body (even by stylistic standards). However, I do really admire your painting environments. Keep it up.

You should update your sketchbook every day! Or every hour! Nobody will care haha xD

Also, with that spider illustration, the guy's crotch is too distracting for the eye. If that was your intention then I don't mind.... XDDD :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
